The more prepared you are when attending our first meeting, the more I can be of assistance. The following documents may be useful: Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage, Parenting Agreement, recently filed court motions, paycheck stubs, and tax returns. For your convenience, you may print and complete this form and bring it to our first meeting. Otherwise, you may complete the form at your first visit. Although not necessary, you may also find it helpful to bring to your consultation any recently filed court motions or court documents for your existing case. If financial matters are at issue, you may also consider bringing recent paycheck stubs or tax returns. You should spend some time thinking about what you hope to accomplish during our initial consultation. Some people find it helpful to make a list of questions to ask their attorney ahead of time so that no question is forgotten. |
